The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plays a pivotal role in helping people with disabilities to access support and services that help them address their individual disability needs. Here, Level 2 support is provided to enhance the participant’s capacity to maintain relationships, handle tasks effectively, live with greater independence, and actively participate in their community. The goal is to enable the participants to manage their entire

lives and not simply their NDIS supports.

• Specialist Support Coordination

This is Level 3 Support Coordination designed for participants with higher support needs. A specialist support coordinator will help the participants to navigate challenges and complex situations while ensuring that services are consistently provided.
