Automatic Garbage Chute: This chute is automatic as it provides a control panel for the segregation of the waste. The garbage has to be segregated at the source. Control panel will contain few options which include "Wet" and "Dry", the user must choose the required option and drop the trash inside the chute, which will be received in the respective trollies. Only one user can operate at a time, if anyone tries to use, the busy indicator will start blinking until the opened door is closed.

Manual ChuteIn this kind of chute, the trash is dropped directly inside the chute, which means no segregation is been done at the source. The trash is been segregated on the lower floor.

Features

Intake doors are self-closing and are welded with pivot type hinge. It is purely made with stainless steel and allows only one door to be opened at a time and others to be locked.

Sanitation unit does the internal cleaning of the chute with the use of fire sprinklers. It reduces the maintenance cost.

Fire sprinklers will start automatically at 68 degrees celsius to extinguish fire in the Garbage Chute.

Discharge unit is closed automatically in case of fire so that the fire stops due to lack of oxygen

Fire doors are to stop the path of fire in the chute and its provided at the discharge end.

Garbage trolley is been selected based on the requirement.

Material

Garbage chutes are manufactured with Stainless steel SS 430 / SS 304 grade having a thickness of 1.2 / 1.5 / 2 mm depending upon the diameter of the chute. Garbage chute is manufactured and installed as per the latest NFPA 82.
