CEO & Founder

M. Aslam Awan, Advocate High Court, has recently founded M.A. Awan & Co. (MAACO), Advocates, Tax & Business Consultants, after serving in renowned financial intuitions, in-house legal and also gaining sufficient experience of working with different reputed law firms of the country. Mr. Awan has a very professional background coupled with professional qualification in the field of law as well as banking and finance. He has a vast exposure of more than two decades with different industries at managerial levels in both fields of law and finance. More so, he has gained a rich experience in the field of Litigation Management, Advisory, Corporate Consultancy, Taxation, Finance and Banking laws etc, before starting his own law concern. He has been regularly advising the clients on banking, commercial, corporate and tax matters.

Besides above, Mr. Awan has the passion of teaching since childhood. He has been teaching as visiting faculty in different universities of the twin cities for more than a decade. More so, he is also running an online training platform providing trainings in the areas of taxation, corporate and intellectual property laws etc.
