Description
Sabzi Kookoo is a style of Persian food made with a variety of vegetables and herbs, including radishes, spinach, garlic and mint. Kamchin, best described as a thick stew or sauce, has been made in Persia since ancient times and was traditionally served in old porcelain bowls.
The vegetables are cooked with olive oil and water, resulting in a savory blend that pairs well with rice or another grain.
