As soon as we receive Real estate appliance repairs the job request we contact the tenant to organize a suitable time. We only charge one service call even if more than one visit is required.

Unlike other service providers we try to repair the appliance before we offer to preplace it. Due to our technical experience since 1988 we have succeeded in repairing most of the appliances. However we do understand that sometimes Real estate appliance repairs the best option is to replace. If that is the case we can offer you with few options to chose from and can take care of all the replacement including modification to cabinets or bench tops if required.
