Very impressed with Dallas Garage Door Repair company from the minute I scheduled an appointment. My garage opener was malfunctioning and John was super friendly and pleasant as he discussed my situation. We scheduled an appointment and I'm happy to say that our service technician, Rick quickly resolved my problem. He repaired my opener and didn't try to upsell me a new unit which I didn't really need.

Called at 9am Monday morning, Mike was at my house at 11am. I thought I will have to purchase a new garage door opener, but Ben quickly pointed out that my spring was broken and was probably all I needed to get back in the game, and get the door to work again. He replaced both of the springs and walked me through how to take care of my garage door by simply spray it every few months (You will not believe how some spray can improve the way the door is working). He advised me that I didn't need a new opener just yet, but you can be sure of who I will call when my unit will need replacing. Great work guys, I am glad I made the right decision.
