The methodology behind the ranking framework is guided by the Federation for World Academics (FWA). The FWA also plays the role of mentor for the IIRF Center for Institutional Research (ICIR). For Data Analysis, Data Collection, Data Management, and Statistical Research of all the Institutes, IIRF has appointed the MACTION Consulting Agency. The Agency approaches all Architecture Colleges, Business Schools, Design Institutes, Undergraduate Colleges for BBA and BCA, Law Colleges, and Universities on behalf of FWA and Education Post. The Education Post is a monthly magazine based on higher education, in existence since 2012.
