Our extra virgin olive oil is sourced from the Chouf region of Lebanon, where the mountain soil is most fertile and the sun pours in from the Mediterranean coast. We cold press early harvest Souri olives in order to create a premium extra virgin olive oil that is rich in healthy polyphenols and aromatic flavor. A robust, full-bodied, high-intensity olive oil that is golden green with hints of artichoke and tomato leaves.
