Description
The Indian Armed Forces use the (Services Selection Board) SSB Interview Procedure, a thorough and demanding selection procedure, to find and evaluate candidates for officer-level positions in the Army, Navy, and Air Force. A variety of tests and exams are used in this multi-stage examination to determine a candidate's leadership potential, physical and mental fitness, and readiness for a career in the armed forces.
The SSB Interview Procedure normally consists of a number of steps, such as the Personal Interview, Group Testing, Psychological Testing, and Screening Test. Candidates are assessed based on a variety of factors, including teamwork, personality, communication skills, and IQ.
