PMS Stands for Provincial Management Service. It’s a competitive exam being conducted y the provincial government of Pakistan through its commissions namely as Punjab Public Service Commission(PPSC), Sindh Public Service Commission(SPSC), Balochistan Public Service Commission(BPSC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission (CPSC), Azad Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission(AJKPSC). Candidates have to clear the PMS test including written, medical, psychological tests, and interviews, those who passed these PMS tests are offered a first-class government job (Grade-17) officer. An officer passing this is called a PMS officer.
