200 and 500 hours teacher training courses Yoga Alliance International Certification

Teacher training course 200 hrs will run 30 days and the teacher training course 500 hrs will run 50 days. During this time you will experience the intensive and spiritual teachings and practices of traditional Hatha yoga – with more emphasis on asanas and alignment. The courses will cover topics like pranayama, mudras, bhandas, kriyas, yoga history, yama and niyamas,anatomy, adjustment, diet, meditation. Every topic covered is for you to get an understanding and insight in how to live an enlightened life in society according to the Hatha Yoga Tradition. And the security and the expertise to be able to teach your students what Hatha Yoga is all about. You will get a compendium with philosophy, a book list of recommended literature and after the TTC you can if you want to work with Pankaj as an assistant to gain more security in the practical teaching.

At the end of the course you will be presented with a professional Yoga Teacher Training Certification diploma, recognized by Yoga Alliance International, with which you can start teaching yoga professionally around the world.
