The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding for a wide range of support and services for people with disabilities. STA support is not an alternative for a housing crisis situation. Through SIL funding, you can access the assistance of support workers to help you become independent at home. Just like STA support, SIL support is also meant to be shared with participants who have similar disability support needs.
