NBCS- a school that shows love for learning!

Description

The NBCS came into existence in the year 1981 in the Mona Vale by a parent group who attended the church of northern beaches Christian center. The vision of this school was to discover and construct a vision to build a Christian school with exceptional learning in the area of northern beaches. This vision came into a real version with the sacrifices, generosity as well as the dedication of most of the parents and children.

The school was initially in the Serbian orthodox church hall which was present in the vineyard street of Mona Vale, the school started its work with a strength of thirty-nine students, a single teacher as well as parent volunteers. The first method of teaching was the ACE system where every student was allocated in carrels while working with the workbooks at the ability of learning. If they required any help, the student would raise a flag of Australia to request help from the teacher on a one-to-one basis. The group system was used later on eliminating the ACE system soon.
