The fish products that we source and deliver are totally free of chemicals as there is no chemical involved during the “smoking” process of the fish products. At Schafer, we purchase fresh Atlantic salmon from the local as well as international aquaculture producers. At the same time, groundfish is purchased domestically as well as internationally. We acquire the finest quality of kippers (herring) and fillets (mackerel) from our own fleet of producers that are purchased domestically & internationally.
