Whether you’ve decided to place your home on private property or within a community, Homely can provide several lenders to help you get approved for construction! Homely will assist with all inspections and sign-offs in order to get you into your new home as smoothly and quickly as possible. After delivery and installation is complete, Homely helps with the final touches, including garages, landscaping, decks or sidewalks. Once you receive your certificate of occupancy you can move in with confidence, because you’ve been helped by professionals through the entire process.
