Our speciality lies in helping our customers create food products that are hassle-free to formulate and loved by consumers. We achieve this by helping them select the right protein ingredients and tweaking or developing new proteins for specific uses. This helps achieve attributes meeting various process needs, like higher solubility, foaming, emulsification, gelation, and more.

Our current products include:

 Proeon Mung Bean Protein: A 80%+ purity protein isolate with excellent gelation, superior emulsification and high foaming capacity well suited for plant-based eggs, plant-based protein drinks, egg-free baking and plant-based dips and spreads.

 Proeon Chickpea Protein: A 60% Protein concentrate with high water holding capacity and gelation properties suited for applications like plant-based meat, protein snacks, nutrition bars, etc

Our co-founders, Kevin and Ashish, have worked together in the natural products industry for more than 25 years. They aim to enable healthier eating, conscious consumption, and cruelty-free food practices for long-term impact.
