International Institute of Gemology South is the education wing of Laxmi Diamonds owned

by Mr. Chetan Kumar Mehta Chairman & MD of Laxmi Diamonds, the franchisee footprints

started on 15th August 2021, the day has marked important because it is Independence Day as

well, the institute is located in Richmond Town, Bengaluru. There are different designing and

manufacturing courses available for students to opt for both offline and online about Gems,

Diamonds, & Jewellery.

IIG has educated more than 1,00,000 skilled professionals. On completion of the program, we

grant relevant certificates and credentials which are valid not just nationally but also globally.

Our institute has qualified faculties’ expertise in the industry and the institute is ISO Certified.

We organize online guest lecturers from industry experts to students that benefit them most. We

also conduct study tours for students to important places like Srilanka, Surat, Hong Kong, etc. to

have practical exposure and gain knowledge about the industry in the curriculum.

We have separate classrooms for diamond, gemology, Jewellery manufacturing, manual & CAD

learning with proper installation of systems, tools and equipments needed along with the
