Utkarsh proved to be the light house for the aspirants & they could easily climb the rung of their choice on success ladder. Initially for few years, a great number of students got selected in Patwar, Gram Sevak, Sub Inspector, Railway, Teachers & other similar segments.
Nirmal Gehlot the director of the centre had a bigger vision to make it a great centre for aspirants of administrative services. He, through his dynamic & meticulous approach soon came out differently in this segment too. The centre gave wings to the students of the city & suburbs. By the year 2011, it started producing RAS officers quantitative in a bigger number than any other institution in western Rajasthan. Taking longer strides, in the year 2013 it startled the state by producing 3 ranks in top ten & a big number in top hundred. People started acclaiming it as a 'Mega factory' of producing RAS officers. From the year 2009 to 2018 Utkarsh has given 1000+ selections in RAS +3 state toppers which sufficiently relates why Utkarsh is among the top rated 5 institutes of India.
