4 HI Fixed Backup Levellers Cut to Length Line is used for flattening and cutting metal coils into sheets of specific lengths. This line is ideal for processing thicker and high-strength materials, where precision flatness is critical. The 4 HI configuration (4 rolls: two work rolls and two backup rolls) ensures that high-level shape correction is achieved, making it suitable for industries that require perfectly flat metal sheets, such as automotive, construction, and appliance manufacturing.

Simple 5 to 7 Roll Flattener with large Roll diameter may work effectively in Thick Gauge Coil Stock like 2 mm to 10 mm. But is not able to correct the shape of coil in thickness range of 0.3 to 2.5 mm. Hence it is recommended to have fine Leveller with 4 Hi configurations in tandem
