The Company has started its journey in year 1998 as a company with the name of “Magadh Industries Private Limited” and solely engaged in the business of selling & distribution of TMT Bars and after doing depth practical search of concerned market, in 2008, the Company has finally established its manufacturing unit & factory at Didarganj, Patna, Bihar and started the manufacturing of TMT Bars by using its vast experience, sound knowledge & skill in the same field and became the foremost first Company in Bihar which manufactured the TMT BARS (Saria) by using the advance technology “Thermo Mechanical Treatment” (TMT).

In addition to the manufacturing of world class TMT(Bars), first time in India, our Company has launched the manufacturing, selling & distribution of 5.5 (TMT) Coils in 2014 which is being accepted very rapidly day by day by the stakeholders. Now the Company uses in the manufacturing process of TMT Bars & Coils the highly international acclaimed Tempcore Technology which is imported from Belgium which gives the excellent bendability and weldability in the TMT Bars & Coils.
